According to the "Notice of the National Standardization Administration on the Issuance of the Sixth Batch of Recommended National Standard Plans and Related Standard Foreign Language Version Plans for 2025" (GBW [2025] No. 34), the "Greenhouse Gas Emissions Accounting and Reporting Requirements Part X: Plastic Products Enterprises" led by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association has been officially established (Plan No.: 20251999-T-607). This standard is the third "dual-carbon" series national standard led by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association and is also the first enterprise greenhouse gas emissions accounting standard for the plastics processing and manufacturing industry. It marks a crucial step in the green and low-carbon transformation of China's plastics industry. The standard will be officially launched in due course within the year, and enterprises in the plastics industry chain, universities, and colleges are welcome to participate in the preparation work and jointly develop industry standards!
